This March, in collaboration with Women of Hope and in honour of International Women’s Day, Alisan Fine Arts will co-present a charity exhibition of photographs celebrating the life and legacy of rock legend David Bowie by celebrity photographer Markus Klinko. Over the course of his career Klinko has photographed countless musicians, performers and models, creating a “unique visual universe” (VOGUE), where glamorous, high fashion fuses with the gritty edge of youth culture. In March 2016, he received the media spotlight for releasing previously unseen images of the music icon David Bowie. Klinko’s work is regularly featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, Vanity Fair, GQ, The New York Times, Madame Figaro, Stereo Review, and Ongaku no Tomo.
Markus Klinko’s photography exhibition will open with a private reception on Tuesday, 5 March, and welcome the public from the 6-16 March. Proceeds from the Women of Hope exhibition will benefit the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation.
