The Art Insights Series is a new four-part evening talk program where once a month at PARKVIEW ART Hong Kong we invite guest speakers to share expert knowledge on a range of art-related topics.

About the Talk
Hong Kong-based art conservator Youjin Noh will share practical tips and expertise on caring and maintaining artworks that are in your home or office, with a particular focus on the uncompromising climate of Hong Kong. The talk will also include a hands-on approach where visitors will have the chance to examine and practice some of these techniques with close guidance from Noh.

The talk will be followed by a Q&A session with the opportunity for case-specific queries.

Speaker Bio:
Youjin Noh holds a Master’s Degree in Painting Conservation from Sorbonne University in Paris as well as a Master’s Degree on Paper Conservation from the University of London. Noh previously worked as a painting conservator at the Hamilton Kerr Institute of Cambridge University, where she undertook the restoration of many important works of art, including the Adoration of the Shephards by Sebastiano del Piombo, which won her the Museum and Heritage award for Restoration of the Year in 2017. Noh currently runs her own restoration studio in Hong Kong.
