“Step Back to Nature”「退步自然」

Back in the day, people traded nature for the city, as it was symbol of progress in civilization.

Today, I escape the city for nature. By sketching en plein air, I can truly feel the natural surroundings around me. It is necessary for a city dweller to take a step back, slow down and find a balance in life.

This is the meaning of “Step Back to Nature”.

以前人們築起了城市，隔離自然，看成是文明進步的表現。

今日我逃避城市節奏走到自然中寫生，選擇慢節奏去感受，這種退步是城市人一種必要的平衡和舒緩。

這就是「退步自然」的原意。
