Led by letterpress artist Loraine Wong, this workshop unlocks a wide range of Chinese and English movable type at the Open Press, inviting participants to create bilingual text-and-image works. Starting from the basics of letterpress printing, you will learn how to set the composition by hand, make images with photopolymer plates, and print your work on an Adana letterpress printing machine. Beginners and those with basic knowledge are both welcome to join!
