Reality · Fanatic - Tachi's Paradise

Tachi is a Spanish artist known for his distinctive personal style and vibrant inner expression. Over the years, he has focused on creating large-scale portraits, receiving invitations to paint the likenesses of numerous top international football players and musicians. He believes that the soul influences a person's appearance and strives to represent the life, spirit, and essence of his subjects in his portraits.

In 2021, Tachi responded by creating the series "Deliriums of a Truth," a collection of surrealist paintings addressing existential questions of humanity, including topics like the Metaverse, War, Sex, Time, Happiness, Death, Truth, Lies, Science, and Education. It has entered a more mature, introspective, and personalized phase in Tachi’s artistic journey.

This exhibition will showcase Tachi's latest portraits, his metaverse series, and past works. It marks his first solo exhibition in Hong Kong.

In his latest creation, the "Metaverse Series," he deeply explores how art can capture and express the extremes of human emotions—from the reality of truth to the madness of the mind, and finally to the transcendent to metaverse. Through technology and virtual reality, the artist projects genuine inner emotions and wild imaginations into the metaverse, creating an art world that is both real and surreal.

These works not only challenge our understanding of the boundaries of reality but also allow us to experience a profound sense of truth amidst the madness. He hopes these artworks will inspire viewers to contemplate the relationship between reality and fanatic, guiding them to uncover the authentic emotions and wild imaginations buried beneath the trivialities of daily life.
