Ora-Ora proudly presents A Touch of Gold, a solo exhibition by acclaimed Hong Kong artist Nina Pryde, marking her first showcase since the gallery’s announcement of exclusive global representation.

Renowned for her innovative fusion of photography, ink, and collage, Pryde reimagines classical landscapes with a contemporary vibrancy. Her works—ranging from early career milestones to bold new explorations in color—invite viewers into layered compositions where mist-clad mountains and winding rivers intersect with unexpected modern details.

Paintings such as A Touch of Gold (2025), bathes the canvas in radiant warmth, while others, like Transcendence (2022), weave abstraction and tradition into meditative vistas. Pryde’s artistry balances reverence for ink painting’s legacy with playful disruptions, creating landscapes that feel both eternal and freshly discovered.

As Pryde prepares to relocate to New Zealand, this showcase celebrates her profound connection to Hong Kong’s artistic heritage—a farewell imbued with the wit, wisdom, and luminous energy that define her oeuvre.
