When You Hear the Cicada Sing……

WURE AREA

The artist has visited Yangmingshan In Taipei and done some ecological observation for several times in 2025 and 2026, trying to investigate the relationship between cicada and the natural environment. This project focuses on the work of the contemporary artist, showcasing her reflections on the unique cicada and the ecological environment of Yangmingshan through diverse media. The exhibited works encompass painting, sculpture, video, and installation art, aiming to stimulate reflection and dialogue about art. Through these works and activities, we hope to encourage audiences to explore the connection between art and ecological environment, and to heighten awareness of contemporary issues.
