Soluna Fine Art is a gallery specializing in contemporary fine art and craft. Our mission is to revitalize multicultural aesthetics and philosophy by showcasing exquisite works by established and emerging artists with traditional values in contemporary dialogue. Our annual program includes exhibitions, fairs, educational initiatives, and multi-disciplinary collaborations on an international level.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Gallery Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in gallery operations, content creation, exhibition planning, and art fair support. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the title of Gallery Assistant.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Assist with exhibition operations, including greeting visitors and providing gallery information

• Support social media management and updates to the WIX website and Artsy platform

• Assist in the translation and preparation of exhibition materials and written content

• Provide on-site support for gallery events, art fairs, and opening receptions

• Assist with general office administration and organizational tasks

• Complete additional duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Immediate availability is preferred

• Available to work 2-3 days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays preferred)

• Current university student or recent graduate in Art History, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in other languages a plus

• Proficiency in WIX, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office is essential

• Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Minimum commitment of 3 months
