Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages.
- Assist in preparing financial result presentations.
- Process payments and reimburse staff expenses.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
- Assist in opening new bank accounts in Hong Kong and PRC.
- Manage bank transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments.
- Assist with financial reporting, tax-related tasks, company secretarial, and administrative tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting (LCC Higher preferred).
- ACCA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with full set accounting, consolidated accounts, and reports.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, patient with people, and eager to learn.
