SC Gallery is currently seeking an intern to assist in the general planning, coordination and execution of SC Gallery exhibitions in 2025-26.
• Working Hours: 11am - 7 pm, 3 - 5 days per week
• Commitment: 3 - 5 months
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, general planning, coordination and execution of Gallery’s upcoming events and exhibitions, including but not limited to:
• Assist in organizing upcoming gallery exhibitions
• Maintain the gallery and storage
• Organize and manage inventory
• Conduct artist research and provide administrative support
• Help plan and organize events such as art fairs, artist talks, and dinners
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• University graduate
• Proven interest in visual art
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Mature, presentable, with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Possessing creativity, initiative & self-motivation
• Able to work independently & efficiently
• Able to multi-task, with good organisational skills
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Strong command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Chinese
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is highly preferred
• Experience and skills in social media are preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
