Tang Contemporary Art is seeking a reliable individual with a strong interest in building a career in the fine arts industry. The Art Fair Assistant Intern will gain in-depth knowledge of international art fairs and gallery operations while being exposed to a diverse selection of artworks.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct artist research and provide administrative support
• Assist in update artist bios and CVs for different projects
• Prepare supporting documents for art fair applications and exhibition projects
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Previous experience in a related field (art history, design, architecture, museum studies) is preferred; knowledge of art fairs is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop/AI/SketchUp is a plus
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated, and good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written command of English and Chinese
Working Hours:
Every Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 7 PM
Internship Period:
mid-January to early April, 2026
*Full-time commitment is highly preferred
