Lucie Chang Fine Arts was established in 2014 and has been committed for years to reviving the classic spirit in the contemporary context. Bridging the East and the West, fostering dialogue between contemporary art, street/ pop art, cultures, and artistic expressions. Together, we discover a great cultural hub, promoting the diversity of art forms and providing a space for contemporary dialogue and social participation. Here, we aim to promote respect and deepen understanding of multi-cultures while strengthening international friendships and perspectives. Our gallery also introduces and supports early-career and young artists by developing further projects and collaborations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated intern to assist our team with art handling operations. This paid position offers hands-on experience in exhibition preparation while accommodating academic schedules.

• Responsibility:
Support all aspects of exhibition and event coordination through:
• Exhibition planning and installation assistance
• Gallery space and storage maintenance
• Artwork inventory management
• Artist research and administrative tasks
• Event coordination (art fairs, talks, receptions)
• Additional operational duties as needed
• Working hours:
Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
3-5 days per week

• Requirement
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Demonstrated passion for arts
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Meticulous and responsible work ethic
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Social media management experience (preferred)
• Graphic design/video editing skills (strong advantage)

Nov. 2025 - Jan. 2026
