HK Art Week Project Officer – Hong Kong Art Gallery Association

HK Art Week Project Officer (Full-time Project basis):
– Immediate until the end of January 2018

Responsibilities:
– Manage post-event materials including:
– Analyse post-event surveys
– Design collateral for event highlights
– Translation work
– Administrative work
– Maintain database and records
– Book-keeping, simple accounting work & financial updates

Requirements:
– University Graduate, preferably in the Art & Culture field
– Strong command of spoken & written English & Chinese preferred
– Proficiency in spoken Putonghua
– Mature, presentable, with good communication & interpersonal skills
– Possessing creativity, initiative & self-motivation
– Ability to work independently & efficiently
– Ability to multi-task, with good organisational skills
– Attention to details a must
– Computer programmes-savvy
