Job description
- PA tasks for the director (Lawrence)
- First point of call for public enquiries during the exhibition’ course
- Technical support for exhibition installation and planning
- Being a warm and well-informed presence for visitors and clients, and having confidence inintroducing works
- Sorting and sending post
- Maintaining calendar and gallery schedule
- Maintaining gallery supplies and keeping the gallery tidy
- Liaising on all aspects of exhibition planning
- Compiling exhibition material including press releases, exhibition plans and prices (thesedocuments will be prepared in advance for print and distribution)
- Responding to press requests
- Assisting with invitations and guest lists
