Digital Content Marketing Assistant (Full-Time) – Kwai Fung Hin Art Gallery

Since its foundation in 1991, Kwai Fung Hin Art Gallery has expanded into a gallery of repute in Hong Kong through its organization of over one hundred exhibitions and eleven major art events at museums, and publication of over thirty-five art catalogues.

 

We are seeking digital content marketing and social media candidates for a full-time position. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the set-up and update of a new website, including copyediting and database upload
  • Report customers enquiries and handle them in an appropriate manner
  • Create digital marketing content for website and propose Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Supervise the digital marketing activities and drive for higher efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the sales & marketing head

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University; Major in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Literature or related discipline is preferred
  • 1-2 years or above related working experience
  • Strong English verbal and written skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in photography and videography for social media content highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Chinese is preferred
