Gallery Assistant– Over the Influence Gallery

Over the Influence is looking for an enthusiastic Gallery Assistant to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience in the art world.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in organizing the gallery’s art exhibitions, events, art fair participation and projects
– Work directly with the director and assist to maintain smooth schedule of projects
– Coordinate with external vendors on behalf of the gallery
– Prepare gallery marketing materials, proof-reading and translation
– Work on ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
– University graduate with a degree in a related-field
– A genuine interest for art
– Highly organized with a strong eye for details.
– Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin
– Immediate availability preferred.
– Entry-level candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
