Project Manager – Sin Sin Fine Art l Atelier

Sin Sin Fine Art presents a wide range of projects in order to increase awareness of Sin Sin Fine Art l Sin Sin Atelier and bring arts into the community. We are currently looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and independent Manager to execute the projects.
The Manager will be responsible for:
– Planning and execution of exhibitions, educational and community events
– Keeping a master calendar for all events throughout the year
– Executing and monitoring projects’ marketing, promotion, and registration
– Working closely with appointed external vendors to manage updates on websites, social media channels, and archival documentation
– Managing contact data, coordinate mailings (direct mail /personalized) and follow up as needed
– Managing sales logistics when needed, including but not limited to shipping arrangements, sales report, payments, and inventory updates
 
Working location
It is an office/home working position, the Manager will work at home and is required to come to the office for meeting with Gallery Director and coordinating project logistics.    
 
Requirements
– A minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in project management preferably in the arts sector   
– Possession of arts project coordination experience will be a strong advantage
– Must be able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
– Possess excellent project management and interpersonal skills with good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
– Knowledge in graphic design and copy-writing application is also an advantage
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably with basic knowledge in Photoshop or Illustrator
