Internship – Gagosian Hong Kong

Gagosian is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated intern to join the Hong Kong team.

Interns will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following:

• Assist with administrative duties
• Research of artists, artworks and the art market
• Assist the team in the preparations for exhibitions and art fairs
• Provide support during gallery openings and special events
• Translation of texts
• Archiving
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of modern and contemporary art
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office suite
• All candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong as we are unable to assist with visa applications for our Internship Program.

Internship Period: September – December 2023

To ensure that our interns have a well-rounded and educational experience, we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is a paid and full-time position.

Our gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm.  Candidates may occasionally need to work additional hours for gallery openings and events.
