Part-time Writer – Galerie Ora-Ora

A fine art gallery and art consultant in Hong Kong is inviting high-caliber individuals to join:

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for both Chinese and English writing and copy editing, proofreading, fact-checking and translating a variety of marketing collaterals including pamphlet, press release, curatorial statement, biography etc.
– Review printed and digital content on websites, social media, or other media platforms thoroughly for factual accuracy, grammar, spelling and formatting
– Provide other writing and editing support for ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
– Degree in Literature, Translation, Languages, History, Communications, Journalism (or currently studying in one of these fields)
– Passion and knowledge in Chinese contemporary art
– Responsible, organised and self-motivated
– Extreme attention to detail and accuracy are required
– Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
– Solid experience in bilingual writing and copy editing
– Immediate availability preferred
