Assistant Gallery Manager (5-day work, Central)
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Implementing marketing strategies to increase sales, advertising gallery artists and collections
-Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the gallery
-Assist the Gallery Manager in operational and art logistic related work
-Assist with planning and organizing exhibitions and various art/cultural events
-Update and maintain gallery database, website and social media platform
Requirements:
-Be highly-organized and detail-oriented with strong initiative skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
-Mature, outgoing and responsible with pleasant personality
-Willing to work under pressure
-Preferably have 1-2 years relevant experiences
-Must be Hong Kong permanent resident or have valid Hong Kong working visa
Educations:
Study in art education or related field is required
Additional background in advertising, marketing and internet media is advantageous
Computer skills:
Mac, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing skills
