Responsibilities:
Assist in Exhibition, Event and Art Fair Organisation
Prepare in presentations, data-entry, proof-reading and translation
Graphic design and social media
Daily bookkeeping
Coordination with artists
Greet Clients and present artworks
Art and Market Research
Requirements:
University graduate
Strong interest in art and the Hong Kong art scene
Highly-organised and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail
Able to handle multiple task at one time and work under a timely schedule.
Able to work in a team with excellent communication skills, as well as independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese essential
Minimum commitment 2-3 months, Must be available minimum 4 days per week
